Hello! We hope you had a nice long weekend with your family! We believe it should only take your child 1-2 hours to complete the NTI work we have planned for this week. The only new skill we are introducing this week is opinion writing. We have included resources to help- we know our friends usually have strong opinions on things, especially when it comes to cupcakes or cookies. :) Please let us know if we can help in anyway.
Thank you for your continued support!

Happy Monday families! We have made an effort to streamline lessons for the next two weeks. Daily expectations should take between 1-2 hours to complete and should require very little assistance from parents.
As always, let us know if you need any help. :)

Mrs. Phillips has created a new Social Emotional Learning packet. I have it in Google Classroom, but thought I would add a copy here for those who haven't created their account yet. This work is optional, but could be helpful to your child!
Happy Friday!

Good morning families! Thank you for working hard last week. This week, we will be learning about rabbits and how to take care of them. We will also learn a bit about plants. Please make sure that your child is working on Lexia and Dreambox, practicing sight words, writing in his/her journal, and reading each day. As always, if you have any questions, please contact us!

Hello families! We will officially be back in our "learn from home" routine today. What do you need to do? First of all, if you haven't signed in to Epic Books, please do this now. You should have received an email invitation several weeks ago. This keeps you from having to put in a credit card. It is important to get this site, as it is our main resource for reading materials! In addition, it has numerous AR books. We will work on compiling a list this week for kiddos to read.
Mrs. Noel's class also needs to sign in to Google Classroom asap. Learning videos will be loaded there later today. See the Resources page on this site if you need help with either.
Click on the Tuesday tab to your left to get started on our day!

Google Classroom (hopefully this link works...you can then put in the Special Areas Google code that is in the new work packets. If you are in Mrs. Noel's class, you can join our classroom with the code m7l77bd. We will use this site after spring break.)
AR- for those of you who have never logged on, you will need this ID: SCSD-60XS
Ms. Turney, our librarian, has worked with Renaissance to make AR testing at home an option. Students will access this the same way they do at school.
Students will not be earning dog tags- but can take the tests to help with comprehension from home.
Student logins are: 32firstinitiallastname for example: 32sdennis
Password is their first name
Thank you!

Wow, boys and girls; we miss you all! We hope that you are well and getting into the groove of learning at home. We are also learning. We are learning how to best meet your learning needs when we cannot be together. Know that we are working hard to provide you the best education that we know how and trying to keep your learning as consistent as possible.
Check into this site daily for all sorts of learning opportunities. We know some days will be more successful than others, but we want you to at least be working on Lexia and Dreambox each for 20 minutes daily. These programs will keep your skills sharp. If you click on the days of the week tabs, you will get your daily work.
We want to see you working! Please send us pictures and videos of you working hard. We love to see you! Also, if your families have questions or concerns, please email or call us. We are here to help! Until we can all be together again, keep working hard from home. We love you guys!
